Alexander provides critical insight on cross-jurisdictional issues, energy, and the environment informed by over a decade of experience at the Ontario Legislature, Toronto City Hall, and on Parliament Hill. In addition, in his role as a senior advisor to a Member of Parliament, Alexander provided counsel on international human rights and foreign affairs.
