Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) des communications et possédez au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine des communications sur le marché québécois. Vous avez de l’expérience dans le soutien aux clients ou à votre organisation dans le cadre de défis complexes en matière de communication et de réputation, dans la rédaction de documents de haute qualité et dans le soutien aux relations avec les médias, dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.

Nous recherchons un éventail diversifié d’expériences de vie et de travail, un intérêt marqué pour le soutien au développement des affaires et la capacité de servir des clients dans divers secteurs au sein de notre équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance.

Vous vous occuperez de dossiers de clients importants, dirigerez des comptes et des projets plus modestes et contribuerez à l’intégration de nouveaux clients. Vous aurez l’opportunité de partager les revenus que vous contribuerez à générer et de grandir au sein de l’entreprise vers des fonctions plus importantes au sein du cabinet.

Ce que vous apportez au poste :
Des compétences rédactionnelles exceptionnelles et une expérience de la production de produits de haute qualité prêts pour le client, tels que des communiqués de presse, des fiches de renseignements et des notes d’information.

Compréhension et expérience de l’exécution et/ou de la supervision de fonctions intensives de surveillance des médias et familiarité avec des outils tels que Meltwater et Cision.

Expérience du soutien au développement des affaires, en particulier dans le paysage québécois, par le biais d’un soutien à la recherche et à la préparation de propositions. Un vif intérêt pour la participation à des activités de développement commercial est essentiel.

Formation en communications, journalisme, relations publiques, sciences politiques, marketing ou autre domaine connexe.

Connaissance du paysage médiatique canadien, en particulier au Québec, avec une expérience de la surveillance, du reportage et de l’analyse des médias. Une expérience de travail direct avec les médias et/ou les influenceurs est un atout.

Expérience dans l’exécution de campagnes et de programmes ainsi que pour les médias sociaux et compréhension de l’utilisation des médias sociaux pour atteindre les objectifs de communication des clients. La connaissance des outils de gestion des médias sociaux et des logiciels d’édition est un atout.

Motivation et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante pour respecter les délais.

Compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité démontrée à évoluer et à s’adapter à des situations changeantes.

La compréhension du paysage politique est un atout.

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. Crestview est une entreprise internationale, ce poste exige une collaboration quotidienne des collègues et des clients situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

Role Description
We are Crestview Strategy, a leading public affairs company. You are an up-and-coming communications strategist. We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant for our growing team.

We are a multi-national firm serving clients across Canada, USA, UK, Rwanda and Australia. We work with some of the largest companies in the world on a variety of interesting and complex public affairs mandates and issues. We are looking for a talented, motivated professional, eager to take up a new public affairs and communications challenge.

You are a communications professional with at least five years of experience working in the communications field in the Quebec market. You have experience supporting clients or your organization through complex communication and reputational challenges, drafting high quality materials, and providing media relations support, in a fast-paced environment.

We look for a diverse range of life and work experience, a keen interest in supporting new business pursuits, and the ability to service clients across various sectors as part of our dynamic and growing team.

You will serve major client files, lead smaller accounts and projects, and support the onboarding of new clients. You will have the exciting opportunity to share in the revenue you help generate and grow into more senior roles at the firm.

What you bring to the role:
Exceptional writing skills and experience producing high quality client-ready products such as press releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, and briefing notes.

Understanding and experience executing and/or overseeing intensive media monitoring functions and familiarity with tools such as Meltwater and Cision.

Experience supporting business development especially within the Quebec landscape, through research and proposal preparation support. A keen interest in participating in business development activities is essential.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position, with the individual preferably based in Montreal, Quebec.

    Our internship program is the foundation for developing early talent and shaping future leaders. We offer paid internships across the summer, fall and winter, connecting ambitious individuals with real opportunities to grow.
