Role Description
We are Crestview Strategy, a leading multinational public affairs agency with teams across Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. We work with some of the world’s most prominent organizations on complex, high-impact government relations and communications mandates. We’re excited to welcome a Performance Programs Specialist to our growing team to help scale our performance initiatives across our global operations.
In this role, you’ll own the full cycle of performance planning, review and evaluation alignment, ensuring timely execution, delivering actionable insights, and enabling consistent, equitable rewards decisions.
You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth. Collaborating closely with the business, Talent & Performance, and Finance, you’ll help translate feedback into action, support key decisions, and contribute to sustaining a high-performance environment. This role reports to the VP, Talent & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full performance review cycle, including planning timelines, coordinating communications, and managing tool and systems
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of the firm’s competency framework to reflect evolving roles and team structures across global offices
- Design and lead cross-functional and multi level calibration process to ensure fairness and consistency in talent assessments
- Plan and facilitate calibration meetings with senior stakeholders; capture insights and support finalize feedback, ratings, and bonus recommendations; and deliver required insights and reports
- Oversee the 360° feedback process, including planning, tool design, launch, and training
- Analyze performance data and trends to support decision-making around succession, compensation, and talent development
- Develop and roll out manager training and resources to strengthen performance conversations, and provide coaching and support to leaders on performance-related decisions and communications
- Ensure all performance-related processes align with internal policies, legal requirements, and external benchmarks
- Support change management and evolution of performance frameworks, helping the firm scale while maintaining clarity and accountability
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR business partnering, or talent development ideally with consulting, law, or other professional services
- Strong facilitation skills and experience managing complex discussions with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of competency-based and project-based evaluation models, career paths, and compensation practices
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; with the ability to turn insights into clear actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to manage and execute high-stakes processes with precision, discretion, and urgency
- Familiarity with performance platforms (e.g., 15Five, ADP WorkforceNow, Zoho) and people analytics tools are an asset
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment, able to adapt quickly and take ownership with right level of support
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead major client files, manage and grow accounts, and contribute to new business development. - Degree/diploma in public relations, journalism, political science or a related field
- Proven project management skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience working with the media, communications planning and message development
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in public affairs
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred
