Program Description
We are Crestview Strategy, a leading multinational public affairs agency with teams across Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the Gulf. We work with some of the world’s most prominent organizations on complex, high-impact government relations and communications mandates.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team and support day-to-day marketing operations. In this role, you’ll support the Marketing Manager by executing digital campaigns, managing social media and email-marketing communications, assist with website content publishing, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across digital platforms (social media, email, website, etc).
- Help publish website content using CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Support marketing campaigns by tracking performance and preparing reports.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
- Help manage promotional materials and branded merchandise.
- Collaborate with designers, operations team members, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Assist in organizing marketing events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
- Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Position Details
This is a full-time four-month internship position, with hybrid work arrangements available. Preference will be given to candidates based in Toronto.
This position is an existing vacancy, with salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 annually; prorated for duration of the role. Placement within the salary range is based on experience and qualifications, aligned with our approach to internal equity.

We are looking for a forward thinking, operations driven leader to oversee our end-to-end business operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for our teams and clients.
The Director of Operations will own the systems, IT, marketing, spaces, vendors, and processes that keep our firm running smoothly. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, makes clear decisions with imperfect information, and builds scalable, documented operational foundations.
Role Description
The Director of Operations will lead all aspects of business operations across our Canadian and global offices, and partner with global teams where required. This includes facilities management, vendor relationships, procurement, IT operations, risk and compliance support, budgeting, and cross functional project leadership. You will ensure our people have what they need to do their best work every day. You will provide exceptional people management, delegate resources effectively, and roll up your sleeves when needed, while also being strategic in your role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Own day-to-day business operations across offices, ensuring a seamless employee and client-facing experience.
- Establish clear and practical operating procedures (prioritization, cadence, reporting) to manage competing priorities.
- Partner with leadership and teams to solve operational issues quickly and design scalable processes.
- Provide strong people leadership across the operations team—coaching, workload balancing, performance development, and resource planning.
Facilities Management
- Lead office and space strategy, including leases, renewals, amendments, and critical dates.
- Manage office builds, expansions, refurbishments, and moves end-to-end (design, furniture, access/security, readiness, launch).
- Maintain workplace safety protocols, standards, and vendor-managed services across locations.
- Own incident and outage response (facilities or IT), including communication and recovery plans.
Vendor and procurement management
- Source, negotiate, and manage key vendors (facilities, cleaning, security, telecom, couriers, office services).
- Define and enforce SLAs; track performance, escalate issues, and control scope/cost.
- Lead procurement workflows and approvals to ensure speed, compliance, and cost discipline.
IT Operations
- Oversee reliable day-to-day employee tech operations, including onboarding/offboarding logistics, asset tracking, and escalations.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for internal and external IT partners.
- Maintain device lifecycle processes and ensure strong access/security practices.
Risk Management and Compliance support
- Manage insurance policies, renewals, and broker relationships; oversee claims and ensure adequate coverage.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans across business continuity, vendor risk, and physical security.
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs, operational policies, and readiness plans.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Own operations budgets (facilities, IT operations, marketing, vendors, office services).
- Manage forecasting, monitor variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide leadership with visibility into spend, commitments, and upcoming operational decisions.
Marketing and Events
- Provide oversight of internal and external marketing operations to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with Marketing teams to support consistent brand experience across offices, events, and materials.
- Plan and execute internal events and support large-scale company-wide gatherings.
- Oversee logistics for external-facing events hosted by or supported by the firm.
- Ensure all events reflect the firm’s brand, culture, and operational standards.
Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead cross-functional operational projects from scoping to execution, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
- Partner with internal teams to support organizational growth, strategic planning, and operational readiness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in operations leadership, facilities management, vendor management, or IT/office operations ideally in professional services, consulting, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate vendor agreements, and drive cost discipline.
- Experience leading builds, relocations, or major workplace changes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort with rapid change.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IT asset management and access/security tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create impact, make sound decisions quickly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Position Details

At Crestview, our competitive total compensation package is designed to support a high-performance culture that encourages growth, maximizes earning potential, and prioritizes personal development and wellbeing. Base pay is part of our total compensation approach and is set within a salary range to provide room for progression in the role, with placement based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
For this role, the annual base salary range is $120,000.00 – $150,000.00. Additional compensation includes a discretionary performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits and perks package, including employer-paid medical and dental coverage, generous paid time off, a wellness expense program with a monthly credit of up to $100, an annual company offsite, team engagement events, paid parental leave and reimbursement for eligible professional development expenses.
