Over the years, Mila has developed an international acumen in business, healthcare, and health policy, offering a holistic approach to complex files. Mila’s extensive international experiences have shaped her approach in corporate communications, business operations, stakeholder relations, and partnership engagement.
Mila began her career at Ontario Power Generation and was later based overseas in Ireland working in finance before returning home to work for a UK-based software company.
She has worked with several non-profits, including the United Nations and the World Health Organization. Mila has contributed to a range of projects, including those centered on natural disasters, pandemics, national states of emergencies, international elections, and ongoing armed conflict.
Mila graduated from the International Double Degree Program – earning a BBA from the Goodman School of Business and BA in Global Business (Management) from Dublin City University – an AASB-accredited program. Mila’s passion for healthcare led her to earn an MSc in Global Health (Policy) from McMaster University.
