Bio
Michelle Bucci is a Vice President at Crestview Strategy, where she advises organizations navigating complex public policy, regulatory, infrastructure, healthcare, and government relations challenges. Drawing on more than a decade of experience at the highest levels of government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector, she helps clients anticipate political change, manage risk, and advance strategic priorities across Ontario and beyond.
Michelle is known for bringing a uniquely integrated perspective to public affairs. Rather than viewing government relations as a standalone function, she helps clients align policy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and commercial objectives into a cohesive strategy that delivers measurable results. Her ability to navigate complex political environments, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and translate government priorities into practical business strategies enables clients to stay ahead of emerging issues while identifying opportunities for growth and influence.
Prior to joining Crestview, Michelle served as Vice President, Ontario for a not-for-profit organization, where she led provincial and municipal advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications across Ontario. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles within the Government of Ontario, including Chief of Staff and senior policy positions supporting ministers and the Premier. Throughout her career, Michelle has led high-profile policy initiatives, managed complex government files, influenced legislative and regulatory outcomes, and advised senior political leaders on some of the province’s most challenging public policy issues.
Michelle is a native Montrealer, speaking French fluently. She holds a master’s in public policy from the University of Calgary. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and travelling. She is passionate about mentorship, community engagement, and supporting initiatives that strengthen public policy and civic leadership. She brings the same collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to her community involvement that has defined her professional career.
