Bio

Kees Hoving is a seasoned banking executive turned advisor and investor, with three decades of experience across global financial hubs and emerging markets. Over the course of his banking career, he has held senior leadership roles in transaction banking, corporate coverage, and regional management, working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his 15 years tenure at Deutsche Bank, he rose to CEO of the Middle East & Africa, overseeing teams, client portfolios, and strategic growth initiatives. Previously, he held roles in major financial institutions in London, Frankfurt, Moscow and Amsterdam. 

From his residence in UAE, he now focuses on investing and advising eg. backing venture funds for early and growth-stage opportunities, guiding companies through strategic growth phases, capital raises, and value creation—bringing to bear his deep domain knowledge, global network, and operational insight. He supports entrepreneurs and management teams in scaling their ventures, optimizing structure, and navigating cross-border expansion and partnerships.
