Bio
Frank Parker is a Vice President at Crestview Strategy, where he advises clients on complex, high-stakes issues in regulated sectors. Over more than a decade with the firm, he has built a reputation for stepping into situations where industries are under pressure and traditional government relations approaches are no longer enough, designing and executing campaigns that shift public opinion and force decision-makers to change course.
Frank specializes in grassroots mobilization and public pressure strategies that deliver results. He has a track record of turning losing files into winning outcomes by building credible public narratives, activating stakeholders at scale, and ensuring policymakers hear directly from the people affected by their decisions.
He has led campaigns that have mobilized tens of thousands of Canadians, reshaped public debate, and created lasting advocacy platforms that continue to influence policy discussions over time. His work focuses on sectors facing heightened scrutiny or disruption, including housing, healthcare, natural resources, and energy.
Before joining Crestview, Frank spent approximately seven years in federal politics and government. He worked under Doug Finley at Conservative Party headquarters and later in the Senate, contributing to national campaigns including the 2008 and 2011 federal election victories, as well as countless other campaigns across the country. He then served as a policy advisor at Public Works and Government Services Canada, where he worked on large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
Frank also contributed to U.S. presidential campaign efforts during the Mitt Romney 2012 presidential campaign, supporting the recruitment and organization of tens of thousands of volunteers across key battleground states.
He brings a practical understanding of how governments make decisions, how campaigns are won, and how public pressure can be applied to influence outcomes when it matters most.
Outside of work, Frank is an avid sports fan and outdoorsman who enjoys hockey, golf, and time in nature.
