Bio

Dan Moulton is a strategist that wins public opinion and secures policy victories. Dan leads Canada’s largest corporations through periods of change, turmoil, and reputational risk. Working primarily from our offices in Toronto and Ottawa, Dan’s practice focuses on federally regulated industries, institutional investors, and disruptive technologies.

Across various leadership roles in Canadian politics, Dan has worked on some of the highest-stakes files of the last twenty years. These files include one of the most significant privatisations in Canadian history, multiple provincial election campaigns, two minority government budgets, and a plan to refurbish two of the country’s largest nuclear generating stations. 

Dan is a sought-out media trainer and spokesperson. You’ve likely seen or heard Dan’s political commentary on Canada’s national new networks, including CTV and CBC. He serves as Incoming President of the Canadian Club Toronto and on the executive of the Patrons’ Council for the National Ballet of Canada. 

A native of Woodstock, Ontario, Dan stood as the Liberal Party’s candidate in Oxford for the 2014 provincial election. He has an MSc inInternational Relations from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a BA in Political Science from Huron College at Western University.
