Briar excels at customer service and office support, ensuring that all runs smoothly and that the Crestview Strategy team and clients are happy. She is a skilled multitasker and organizer. Most recently Briar helped organize and implement a functional administrative process for an innovative new, independent local food company. Her expertise and knowledge of customer service amplified the brand’s reach to new audiences. Briar also helped oversee the administrative process at one of Ottawa’s largest B2B marketing and branding agencies. During her time there, she gained invaluable experience supporting clients, her colleagues, and senior management in all aspects of agency life, including working on many successful multinational campaigns.

Briar earned an Honours Degree in Criminology from Carleton University.
