Bonnie is a strategic accounting executive and expert in business and financial performance. She is a collaborative and innovative leader who brings to Crestview Strategy her strong business acumen and proven expertise in financial systems, managing teams in support of agency profitability and growth. Bonnie has optimized and enhanced financial infrastructure, operational processes, and IT capabilities at her previous roles in Canada and the United States.

Prior to joining Crestview Strategy, she was the Director of Finance and Operations at Doug & Partners, shortlisted for Small Agency of the Year in 2021. Bonnie recently completed Foundations in Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity seminars with CCDI Consulting.
