Bio
Ben is a government relations consultant with nearly a decade of experience across public affairs, strategic planning, Indigenous engagement, and academic research. At Crestview, he leads files at the intersection of economic development, Indigenous relations, and public policy—developing and executing advocacy strategies that help clients build credibility with government and advance priority initiatives. His work spans critical sectors including infrastructure, education, and natural resources, with a strong focus on supporting Indigenous-led organizations and partnerships with First Nations.
Prior to joining Crestview, Ben served as a Corporate Planner at a major hospital, where he oversaw hospital-wide strategic planning, performance measurement, and long-term resource alignment. He also supported academic research on electoral finance reform through the Electoral Integrity Project and worked in crisis communications, intergovernmental relations, and media strategy at a national public affairs firm.
Ben holds a Master’s in Political and Legal Thought from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Indigenous Studies from McGill University. His background in constitutional theory and Indigenous political philosophy.
