The two new Partners announced today – Andrew Brander and Erin Bonokoski – have each contributed to the growth of the business. They have demonstrated an accountability to the success of the agency consistent with ownership and have earned the opportunity to be offered equity in the agency.
This expansion represents another step forward in the successful execution of a multi-year growth plan in the business and in the ownership of the agency. The agency is committed to maintaining aggressive growth targets and continuing to add new partners and expand the ownership of the business in the coming years.
In addition to the two new equity owners joining the partnership today, the ten partners that acquired shares previously have continued to acquire a larger share of equity in the agency this year and are expected to continue to do so in the years ahead.
