Bio

Anshul Tipnis is a Consultant in our Ottawa office. He brings a deep curiosity for how evidence-based policy and strategic communications intersect to shape Canada’s public affairs landscape.

Anshul brings over experience across federal departments, academic institutions, and non-profits to Crestview.

Before joining Crestview, Anshul worked at Transport Canada and Natural Resources Canada, where he supported policy work related to VIA Rail and clean energy initiatives. In these roles, he helped prepare senior officials and ministers for parliamentary appearances on key departmental priorities.

Having lived in India and Bangkok before spending most of his formative years in Singapore, Anshul brings a global outlook and strong intercultural fluency to his work in Canadian public policy.

He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University.
