Bio
Brock Hamley is a public affairs strategist with more than 15 years of experience across federal, provincial and municipal government. His career has unfolded at the centre of an increasingly disruptive political and economic environment.
Brock brings a practical understanding of how governments make decisions under pressure, and how political, policy and business considerations intersect. He helps organizations navigate complexity, anticipate risk and turn difficult public affairs challenges into practical outcomes.
Before joining Crestview Strategy, Brock served as Chief of Staff to four Ontario cabinet ministers, most recently the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade. In senior government roles, he advised on trade and tariff pressures, economic development, regulatory reform and high-stakes negotiations with industry and other governments.
In his spare time, Brock serves as a City Councillor in his hometown of Owen Sound. He lives there with his wife, Jess.
