Based in Crestview’s Ottawa office, Graham has over a decade of public affairs experience, advising clients with precision and discretion. Graham’s practice focuses on lobbying and communications for Canada’s public sector technology community, parliamentary issues management, and c-suite strategy.
With experience in nonprofit advocacy, political staffing and government relations, Graham brings teams together to drive results. He maintains trusted relationships with clients and public office holders alike, reaching deep within organizations to solve problems and surface opportunities.
Graham supports the diverse needs of private and publicly traded organizations, balancing tactful lobbying with thoughtful corporate communications to navigate issues and seize the attention of governments. Driven by rigorous compliance, research, and monitoring, Graham has advised clients during sensitive engagements to influence Canadian cybersecurity legislation and internet regulations. He stewards clients’ research and development funding efforts, and advances client priorities related to procurement, trade, and non-tariff measures, including the Buy-Canada policy.
Graham is a co-founder, and previously sat on the board of directors of the Satellite Canada Innovation Network (SatCan) a non-profit organization founded to advance Canadian global competitiveness in commercial space, technology, and development. Graham is an active member of Canada’s public sector technology community, and volunteers his time in support of local and national political campaigns.
Hailing from Vancouver Island British Columbia, with roots in Alberta, Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
