With over a decade of experience, Jordan Gingrich-Hadley advises corporate leaders on managing reputational risk, steering media engagement, and navigating complex market transitions. Her practice focuses on media relations, corporate communications, executive positioning and reputation management.

Jordan brings a versatile, multi-sector perspective to her work. Having advised across tech, financial services, energy, real estate, and the non-profit sector, she brings a broad lens to every mandate, allowing her to quickly translate complex business models into clear, high-impact communication strategies.

Before joining Crestview Strategy, Jordan served as Director of Communications at Diligent, where she led global media relations and strategic communications for the enterprise software platform. Previously at Edelman Smithfield, she advised corporate and financial clients through high-stakes milestones, including major acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and investor relations milestones.

Jordan splits her time between Calgary, where she grew up, and Vancouver, where she built her career. She holds a Bachelor of Communications from Mount Royal University. Outside of work, Jordan can be found hiking and skiing in the mountains, running the sea wall, or at the beaches with her rescue dog, Lenny.
