Bio

Anastasia Ariskina is a Talent & Performance Business Partner at Crestview Strategy, specializing in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee integration, learning and development, and HR operations. From Crestview’s Toronto office, she partners with leaders to support talent strategy and employee experience across the organization. 

Anastasia is known for bringing a thoughtful, business-focused approach to people operations, combining strong execution with practical HR advice. She supports leaders in building effective teams through recruitment, performance planning, workforce processes, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. 

Prior to joining Crestview, Anastasia developed over nine years of progressive HR experience across various roles in dynamic and fast-paced organizations. Her background includes experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, HR systems, compliance, and workforce planning. 

Anastasia holds an Honours Diploma in Hospitality Management from George Brown College and is currently studying Spanish at the University of Toronto. Outside of work, she has a strong passion for languages, sports, and travelling.
