Bio

Charlotte Turner specializes in building scalable operational systems that enable organizations and teams to perform at their best. Based in Toronto, she brings over a decade of experience leading operations across the UK and Canada.

Charlotte supports organizations through periods of growth, change and increasing complexity. She brings hands-on experience developing and improving systems and strengthening day-to-day operations so teams can work more effectively, and leaders can focus on priorities.

Prior to joining Crestview Strategy, Charlotte led operations at a Canadian legal not-for-profit, launched and operationalized a private family foundation in the UK and Canada, and helped build a social enterprise from the ground up in Scotland.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University and has completed additional training in project and business management. Outside of work, she has volunteered as Secretary and Co-Chair on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights (CCHR).
