Isaac Kinsella is a public policy and research professional with more than seven years of experience in stakeholder insight, public opinion, and policy analysis. He helps organizations make sense of complex issues and turn evidence into practical strategy, with particular depth in politics and public affairs. At Crestview Strategy, Isaac supports client work across Canada through qualitative and quantitative research, in-depth interviews, and analysis of public policy and public opinion issues. He is skilled at distilling complex information into clear, practical recommendations.
Before joining Crestview, Isaac was a Policy Analyst, National Affairs, at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, where he developed policy positions and recommendations based on member feedback and research. He also worked closely with senior government officials, policymakers, and stakeholders on issues affecting small and medium-sized businesses across Canada.
He holds the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) designation and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, along with an Honours Specialization in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Political Science specializing in International Relations from Western University.
